Anantara Residences Miami: North America's First Anantara Branded Residences

Anantara Residences Miami, at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard, marks the North American debut of Anantara Hotels & Resorts, the five-star luxury brand of Minor Hotels.

The 50-story tower will include 200 residences — 100 fully furnished Resort Residences and 100 Private Residences — along with 50 hotel suites and more than 130,000 SF of amenities, including a 30,000+ SF Vitality & Longevity Center.

Developed by One Thousand Group with Minor Hotels, the tower is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Patricia Urquiola. Prices start from $1.6M, with completion estimated for 2030.
