Buying Process
From reservation to closing, step by step.
1. Reserve
Review plans and pricing with Kyle and choose your residence.
2. Contract
Sign the purchase contract and pay the first 10% deposit.
3. Second deposit
Pay 10% 90 days after contract.
4. Groundbreaking — Q3 2027
Pay 10% at groundbreaking.
5. Top-off — Q4 2028
Pay 10% when the tower tops off.
6. Closing — Q4 2030
Pay the remaining 60% at closing and move in.
